Imagine an hour of pure relaxation, with a therapeutic Aromatherapy Massage. Essential oils are blended to your own specific prescription, for your physical and emotional needs and applied to the body with tension relieving massage strokes. The essential oils have the ability to heal both on an emotional and physical level entering the blood stream through the skin and respiratory system. If you want to experience the benefits of essential oils, without a body massage, then an aromatherapy facial is the perfect alternative.


- AROMATHERAPY FACIALS -
£25 (45mins)

Using natural products, blended to suit your own personal skin type and problems, an Aromatherapy Facial will recharge your skin, boost moisture and help slow down the signs of ageing. The treatment includes a hand, arm, facial and scalp massage to aid relaxation and combat stress.


- DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE -

A Deep Tissue Massage session is perfect for people that feel their stresses go straight to their muscles. This powerful massage uses techniques from around the world, to reduce muscular knots and tension. A deep pressure can be achieved through the use of forearms and elbows, making it ideal for those with muscular problems.


- SPORTS MASSAGE-
1 hour £30 - 30mins £20 (treatment time will be to suit the condition)

Sports Massage is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, ligaments and tendons. The benefits of Sports Massage include improving the suppleness and flexibility of muscles and joints, speeding up the healing of damaged muscles, tissue and joints and preventing future muscle and tendon injuries. It can help treat injuries such as shin splints, tennis elbow, sprains and strains etc.

To benefit from this type of massage you do not need to be a sports performer. The benefits above can also help relieve many day to day problems that people experience.

Sports Massage can be quite vigorous. If a client has muscle soreness the massage may, initially, cause some discomfort.

 


- HOT STONE MASSAGE -

Experience a relaxation you never thought possible, with a Hot Stone Massage treatment. Volcanic basalt stones are bathed in warm water enhanced with essential oils, before being placed at key areas around your body. Long therapeutic massage strokes are used with the warmed stones, to provide a deeply relaxing, healing treatment, that warms your muscles and calms your mind.


- REFLEXOLOGY -
£25 (1 hour)

Good health is just two feet away, with the ancient healing treatment of Reflexology. Far more than a foot massage, this treatment targets pressure points on the feet that correspond with key areas of the body. Combined with relaxing massage strokes, it can help to heal and repairyour mind, body and soul.

For this treatment, you simply need to remove shoes and socks and can be seated or laying down.


- INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE -
£20 (30mins) £25 home visit

For those that want to enjoy the experience and therapeutic benefits of massage, but would feel more comfortable remaining fully clothed, then an Indian Head Massage is a wonderful alternative.

You are seated for the massage, making it a perfect treatment to have in the comfort of your own home, or convenience of your work place. Releasing tension in your face, scalp, neck and shoulders, this therapy is the perfect stress reliever and helps reduce headaches, migraines and eye strain and muscular problems.

Aromatherapy oils can be used to increase the therapeutic benefits of this treatment if you wish.


- WELLBEING EVENTS-
